Chris McCully, Sr. Customer Success Manager
A graduate from The University of Texas with a degree in Communications and Secondary Education, Chris McCully’s entrance into the eyecare industry started from him wanting to make an impact on the quality of life of his customers. After spending some time as an Ophthalmic Coding Specialist, Chris—still a certified OCS—joined VisionWeb 11 years ago. Throughout his time at VisionWeb, Chris claims that the culture of the company, people behind the solutions, and mindset of putting the industry and users first is what sets VisionWeb apart from other vendors.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, music, golf, and volunteering for Big Brother Big Sisters and Coats for Kids.
Anna Romano, Customer Success Manager
Holding a Paraotometric Coding Certification (CPOC) and with a background as a private insurance broker selling both group and individual plans, Anna Romano came to VisionWeb 10 years ago to help ODs successfully manage their claims by educating them on VisionWeb’s electronic claim management services. Through her years of experience, listening skills, and eagerness to help optometric practices function at their very best, Anna is able to direct and recommend the always-evolving suite of VisionWeb products to increase office efficiency, profitability, and employee satisfaction. Outside of VisionWeb, Anna enjoys playing tennis, traveling, gardening, attending weekly Mastermind groups, and working on her cooking blog with her daughters.
