As an account manager, what role do you play in the process of switching to Uprise?Uprise Account Manager

As your account manager I work closely with the Uprise Sales Team and your practice to flesh out a detailed practice profile in order to determine your practice's needs for a successful implementation. Once we have a plan of action, we'll track your progress and solve any problems that arise along the way. 

How do you help a practice meet their goals?

I'll gather all the information we need to make sure that both the Uprise team and your practice are prepared for your implementation. We maintain open lines of communication to keep everyone up to date and on pace to reach your goals.

What's one misconception that practices tend to have about software implementation?

I think a big misconception that many practices have is thinking that their workflow is going to remain exactly as it stands today with their current software and processes. New software is going to help get rid of inefficiencies lurking in your current workflow, and the most successful implementations are the ones that are open minded to taking full advantage of a new system. 

What tip would you give practices who are about to go through implementation?

Ensure that your entire staff is engaged in the implementation training process, and make sure that no one is afraid to speak up and ask questions. We want your staff to be confident and excited about the software and workflow transition. Plus, we're here to help your practice as much as we can through implementation, so make sure that you're taking advantage of us! 

Last but not least, what's your favorite thing to do in Austin, TX, outside of being an account manager?

I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 year old daughter at the zoo, and listening to live music.
